1966 Mercedes-Benz 250SE (W111) Coupe
In onze showroom presenteren wij u deze schitterende gerestaureerde matching nummers coupe van de W111 serie van Mercedes-Benz.
Vandaag, ruim 58 jaar na productie staat er nog steeds een indrukwekkende auto. Je kunt je wel voorstellen hoe trots de eerste eigenaar op deze coupe moet zijn geweest in 1966!
Deze 250 SE werd nieuw verkocht op de thuismarkt. Specifiek in het zuiden van Duitsland.
De huidige eigenaar kocht deze 250SE in 2017.
Dit was de start van een compleet restauratie proces. Het centrale thema van deze restauratie was originaliteit. Bij demontage werd elk onderdeel van de auto nauwkeurig gedocumenteerd, gereinigd, hersteld, gerestaureerd en weer gemonteerd.
Lokale specialisten werden ingezet bij revisie van o.a. motor en versnellingsbak.
Recent is het injectiesysteem opnieuw opgebouwd en afgesteld door een Duits hierin gespecialieerd bedrijf.
Na de restauratie is de coupe spaarzaam gebruikt.
Slechts enkele honderden kilometers per jaar bij speciale gelegenheden.
Het rijden met deze 250SE is een waar genot, de auto rijd zoals destijds nieuw in 1966!
Deze auto heeft een Nederlands kenteken.

1966 Mercedes-Benz 250SE (W111) Coupe
Presented at our showroom is an excellent restored matching numbers coupe of the W111 series.
Today, 58 years after production, this still is an impressive car, you can imagine how proud the owner must have felt in 1966!
This 250 SE was sold new to the home market and more specific to the south of Germany.
The current owner purchased the 250 SE in 2017.
This was the start of a complete restoration with originality as a central theme. Every part of the car was reassembled, documented, cleaned/restored and reassembled.
Specialized parts of the job were done by local specialists.
Recently the injection system was rebuilt by a German MB classic car specialist.
After completion of the restoration the car was used only on special occasions just for a couple of hundred miles each year.
The car runs and drives like it did when new in 1966!
